A legal complaint filed by former San Bernardino Acting City Manager Rochelle Clayton alleges widespread corruption at San Bernardino City Hall including concerns that Councilmember Theodore Sanchez has continuously violated the rule against interacting with staff without going through the City Manager as well as potential Brown Act violations.

We are now faced with the choice of electing a felon convicted on 34-counts; a person who incited a riot against the federal government on January 6, 2021; a person convicted of sexual assault and who has also vowed to use the U.S. Justice Department against his political opposition. Or, we can choose a person who vows to serve the public with dignity and respect as outlined in the U.S. Constitution, where no one is above the law.
