Votes are still being counted across California. The following list is a status of races for local mayors, city councilmembers, city clerks, treasurers, etc. in Riverside County as of 5:00pm, Wednesday, November 4. To win a city council seat in a general election, a candidate must receive more than half of the votes cast, in other words, 50% plus one of the total votes cast. In addition to candidates who achieved that benchmark, top vote getters and their percentage of the votes are also listed in races where all candidates are below 50% plus one vote.
