The Department of Justice will monitor polling sites in six jurisdictions, five of which are in California, for the upcoming Nov. 4 Special Election, prompting California to deploy its own team of observers to watch the DOJ staff and 41 California Democratic Congressmen to call it an act of voter intimidation.
