A federal judge has ordered the Trump administration to pay the full amount of SNAP benefits by November 7, after the administration said it would only partially fund the benefits, with many turning to food banks during the delay.

California voters have approved Proposition 50, a significant move that will redraw the state's congressional map, impacting the boundaries of five districts currently held by Republican representatives.
