The Riverside Community Health Foundation (RCHF) and Neighborhood Healthcare have announced a partnership for Neighborhood Healthcare to assume operations of RCHF’s three Riverside community clinics: Eastside Health Center and Eastside Health Center, Building B located on University and Arlanza Family Health Center on Arlington to provide quality affordable medical, dental, and behavioral health services.
Over the last 25 years, RCHF has invested over $36.4 million in grants to the community, built three community health clinics, and offered programs that provide access to health education, physical activity classes, maternal wellness, and chronic disease including their CDC-recognized National Diabetes Prevention Program and cancer resource center, The Pink Ribbon Place.
RCHF is a local 501(c)(3) whose mission is to improve the health and well-being of its community through programs and services that encourage a healthier, happier, and more active Riverside.
“We are very excited to welcome Neighborhood Healthcare to our community clinics,” said Dan Anderson, the President/CEO of RCHF. “Neighborhood Healthcare has a proven track record of quality care, and we are confident that as the new operators of our three Riverside clinics, our partnership will create a model for the future that brings community to community health and fosters healthier and happier communities through compassionate and quality care.”
Neighborhood Healthcare is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) community health organization. They serve over 350,000 medical, dental, and behavioral health visits from 76,630 people annually. For more than 50 years, it has dedicated itself to improving community health so everyone can live happy and healthy lives.
“We believe a healthy community is a more prosperous one and look forward to expanding this mission through [Riverside Community Health Foundation’s] health centers in Riverside,” said Rakesh Patel, the CEO of Neighborhood Healthcare.
All clinics will offer primary care, behavioral health, pediatrics, women’s health, prenatal, and dental care.
The partnership officially began on September 1. All clinics will be open and fully operated by Neighborhood Healthcare on September 6, 2022.
