In an ongoing effort to affirmatively further fair housing, the Fair Housing Council of Riverside County, Inc. (FHCRC) will continue its education series, under a Fair Lending Education and Outreach Grant, by offering a Fair Lending for Lenders Workshop today from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm. This workshop will be held at the Greater Riverside Chamber of Commerce, 3985 University Ave., Riverside. This facility is handicap accessible.
This free workshop is open to Direct Lenders, Mortgage Brokers and others associated with Mortgage lending. Subjects covered include Mortgage Abuse, Lending Discrimination, Predatory Lending Practices and Fair Lending. Certificates of Completion will be issued to all attendees who complete the workshop.
