For ‘False Self’ Black People to switch back to their Real Selves requires returning to their newborn state, when they possessed Spiritual Freedom. Human newborns have all the faculties needed for thriving in life and all pertinent tools to make that happen. But it is their obligation, duty, and responsibility to cultivate each faculty and tool to serve their “ME/WE” Purposes in life. Spiritual Freedom implies one is in charge and control of ones life; that one is within the flow of the Spiritual Elements of Unconditional Love, Truth, Reality, and the Natural; and that all decisions and solutions are made out of ingredients of the Spiritual Elements. Preparation for moving toward ones Real Self is to decide to really, really want to do it and then instantly begin, even if uncertain as to what to do next. What spurs an intense desire to change was said by Fannie Lou Hamer: “to be sick and tired of being sick and tired” of the awareness of ones steady and increasing mental weakness in poorly handling ones vicious cycles of problems. Isolation pushes the “selling of ones Soul” to the Crowd so as to belong. ‘Tired’ drives one to end every self-devised coping illusion, self-defense hallucination, mindset of “I’m not good enough,” and return to ones Real Self “for Keeps”. Now, a fervid Selfhood motivation carries one past blaming others, making excuses for oneself, and procrastinating about taking charge and control of ones life. Its replacement is a Self-Declaration—i.e. giving ones Word to do what one says one will do!—a display of Self-Honor–no matter what!–to the end of time!–especially holding oneself in check during bad "earthquake" life moments—even when others do not! This gradually slows, stops, and reverses ones vicious self-degeneracy. To steadily maintain this Integrity re-establishes ones Self-Trust/Self-Love.

            Step Irecognize ones birth gift of Selfhood Greatness (from being made of a Spark Image from God’s Flame + carrying Genetics of ones most super-brilliant Ancient African Ancestors + a Talent to serve as ones Mission–both unlike any of those of the 37 billion humans that have been on Earth). Ones childhood ‘Stubbornness’ is to be used to refuse to allow anything or anybody to make ones Selfhood Greatness unimportant. Being Selfhood Great has nothing to do with thinking one is better than anyone else. Rather, like knowing ones brothers and sisters are great in their own right and loving each uniquely, Selfhood Greatness is knowing one already has everything it takes to achieve “any and everything” within ones Talent and capabilities—and one can/will do it!!! Step II: stop blaming anyone(s) and stop complaining about losses, lacks, or obstructions, for to do so transfers ones power to the perceived Villain. Ones birth gift of Creativity and Thinking faculties are for spotlightusage on all difficulties one has in life. As tools, they force out divine powers already within ones Selfhood so they can be cultivated"Tragedy is an opportunity for the living to gain wisdom, not a guide by which to live." And “it is not my fate!”—as some say. Step III: acknowledge significant problems needing to be fixed. Step IV: make lists of very worst problems by writing them down over days to weeks—separate them into categories; and then prioritize each item in each category. Step V: learn Self-Discipline and Self-Control in ways that remain inside the Spiritual Elements’ flow. Step VI: have a healthy Compulsion of self-discipline, featuring “second nature” urges to "Be Right," "Recognize Right," "Do Right," "Make Things Right," and "Defend the Right". Step VII: Switch from Emotional Energy to Spiritual Energy. Children’s minds are geared to being “Excited” but when thispersists into adulthood as a way of life, it becomes an addiction that blocks ones Intellect. Change to an “Aliveness” for living. Step VIII: Cultivate Pre-Birth Emotions and its Siamese twin, Pure Intellect, for both are faculty tools of ones “First Wisdom”—part of ones birth gift of Genius. Step IX: Put people in their proper place—i.e. they are important and needed but are not to control ones life and are not to be addicting. Step X: allot definite times, ones best energy, and total dedication Efforts into Research to discover what are and live by ones Human Ideal fits.

Such can be found by doing the very hard work of discovering Truths in Ancient African Philosophy, for they are just as appropriate today as for 200,000 years back when they began. Accept nothing that does not conform exactly to the Spiritual Elements. After all, if one is off 0.000001 degree in going from here to the moon, one will wind up on Mars–as is true with “SEEMs” right information. Step XIMake Fun out of a lifestyle of persisting in hard; JABLifeSkills;
