“TAKE CHARGE & CONTROL” OF YOUR LIFE (9)

No matter how huge and numerous are ones daily living problems—no matter how many generate Cascade vicious cycle chain reactions causing Frustration and being Overwhelmed, they all have a common starting point. What caused the most recent “Domino Effect?”–and each preceding the last one to fall? This process continues back to the origin, at which time something caused the very first domino to be knocked forward and set off a chain reaction. The Trigger Event starting the Domino Effect may have been failing to handle ones first keystone problem and, in turn, more problems popped up from not having originally handled the keystone or first one. But the Source of that Trigger Event occurred when one made the life-changing decision to switch from ones Real Self over to a False Self and thereby give up all of ones Personal Power. Ones Real Self, rather than going away, was “Clouded” over by bad emotions. Correction for this vicious cycle of problems is not to get anyone’s advice or read anything. Instead, simply clear away the “Cloud” so as to again be guided through life by ones own Soul Sunshine. “Clearing” is done while quietly alone and rested. First, write out all cascading (down flowing bubbling eruptions) steps in reverse order in which they occurred—the “What’s Behind That?” Inquiry Process. Correction Preparationis to completely Clear ones Mind by getting rid of all Acquired Bad Emotions/Fetters—e.g. Lies, Greed, Frustration,Indifference, False Pride, Chronic Anger/Rage, needless Fears, Envy, Jealousy, Arrogance, etc. These result from trying to hide a “Raw Nerve” from oneself as well as hide it from others by using aggressive methods, like Projection, Deflection, and Bullying. A “Raw Nerve” is a personal weakness for which one feels Shame and Inadequacy. It probably caused the adopting of a False Self and its associated Selfhood Splintering. Here, one part of ones Selfhood becomes Self-Absorbed (viewing everything within ones world in relationship to oneself) and the other follows dictates of External World influences—both geared to ‘me, me, me.’

A second effective way to clear a “Clouded Soul Sunshine,” is regular participation in one of the Martial Arts. They were invented in the Aquatic Civilization of the Sahara (Zingh Empire) of Africa 30,000 years ago. Its principles for mental and physical maneuvers were extracted from the Primal Waters and Animal patterns of Nature. One type is the Aikido style–a gentle self-defense which emphasizes right desire, motivation, courage, good breathing, relaxation techniques, timing, and other benefits for improving ones mind, body, and spirit. A starting position for facing any difficult situation is to have an "empty" mind—a mind free of dislikes, prejudices, biases; no favoring of men over women or vice versa; and no Acquired Fettered Emotions. In this Thinker's Scale dimension (symbolized by a positive and a negative ruler separated by a zero) mindset, one is in the zero position and the opposite directions are represented by each of ones arm. Wherever disharmony lies–on one side or the other or with oneself–that disharmony is completely handled in the least offensive manner.  Other Martial Arts benefits are found in its bull’s eye focus on commitment to courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, consistency, cooperation, dedication, loyalty, determination, and persistence.  These are aspects to achieve success directed toward every objective and every goal involved in the journey. The resultant sharpening of mental acuity and self-discipline concerned in discovering ones body’s spiritual center and its physical center of gravity are transferrable. Use them for mental discipline to cultivate ones already present birth gifts for African Tradition’s Right Life Living Decisions and Solutions.

Then one: (1) permanently sheds all Acquired Emotions and Fetters (e.g. needless fears of “I’m not good enough!”); of self-limitations; of blaming, criticizing, and finding fault in others or within oneself; (2) accepts set-backs and defeats as an "un-readiness" message from the Universe (implying better work needs to be done or find a proper timing or seek an accepting audience); (3) learns how to think Rationally/Mathematically by following Nature’s Processes in order to again ‘tap-into’ Cosmic Knowledge; (4) solves problems in daily living that embrace “Keeping Your Word,” Learning to work hard while having some Fun; and Challenge ones capabilities; and (5) use Spiritual “ME/WE” Standards to always fashion what will Create, Enhance, or Maintain Harmony while Reducing, Preventing, and/or Defending against Disharmony. jabaileymd.com; JABLifeSkills; Theievoice.com
