Suppose, after discovering the Trigger Event switching one over to a False Self, a Cascade of vicious cycle problems was set off that one does not know how to handle. Allow me to illustrate with a personal example. As a freshman student at the University of Michigan, I was overwhelmed by all of the complexities involved in my chemistry class. For the first time in my life, I went to my female teacher for advice on what to do. The best advice I received in my entire college career was when she said: “Start where you are!” So, I cleared my mind of all problems and simply studied each assignment as it came up. This required doing a little bit of meaningful work at checkered times in the day. To make the subject come “Alive,” I looked up Chemistry’s history and discovered “Chem” (in “Alchemy”) means “from Egypt” and whose parent name was Kemet. Also, I learned that, except for anatomical terms, most medical words are a combination of two or more root words–e.g. “Vitamin” (L. vita, life, amine, a chemical compound). So, Chemistry deals with the make-up of all Matter in the world; what they are, as is; how they act in reality; how those substances can be changed; and what happens when they change. This awareness enables separating and puttingboundaries on all Matter branch subjects. Those represented by the Organic Biological Sciences concern plants and animals. The Physical Sciences include Chemistry, Physics, Astronomy, the Earth Sciences. Matter has Physical Properties—like color, odor, taste, size, taking up space, form/shape, melting/boiling temperature, density (weight of each unit of volume), and state (solid, liquid, gas). Matter’s Chemical Properties include ways different kinds of Matter act when changing to other kinds of Matter, as in burning or dissolving salt. All Matter is made of Atoms (250 million = a inch or 2.5 cm) and if composed of only one kind of Atom, it is an Element(e.g. ‘H’ for Hydrogen). There are millions of different Cosmic ingredients but 118 discovered or synthesized which singularly or in combination make everything in the Cosmos.
The key Atom–the Black colored Carbon, found in all living Cosmic Matter–link together to form black melanin, the first chemical able to capture light and reproduce itself. Hence, Ancient Africans deemed it the chemical key to life. A reason is the brain itself is centered around black neuro-melanin + Inner vision, intuition, creative genius, and spiritual illumination. All are dependent upon the Pineal gland’s blood-born chemical messengers that control black skin color + open hidden doors to the darkness of the Collective unconscious mind. This allowed Ancient African priest-scientists to visualize knowledge from the timeless collective unconscious memory banks of the mind, thus peeking into past, present, and future universal knowledge. In Chemistry, similar to building a house or a family: (1) synthesis is the process of building up complex compounds from their elements or from simpler compounds; (2) a chemical ‘Base’ denotes a substance which, as a result of accepting protons or donating a pair of electrons, combines with an acid to form a salt; (3) to produce a chemical unit cell, first particles come together—as do bricks in being the unit making up a brick wall for building a home; and (4) other unit cells form on all sides of the first unit to start growth processes, like families coming together to create a unified village. Such is as sucrose’s (table sugar) composition of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen atoms. They are chemically combined into groups of atoms called Molecules.
Molecules are chemically combined into groups of Atoms as entirely new creations. Hence, like forming or building a more complex substance or compound from elements or simplercompounds, something different is at the end compared to what started its beginning. Such is illustrated by a diamond Crystal made of Carbon Atoms and its conversion into a higher order of energy expression. The point for life’s difficulties: once Chemistry took on a personal interest (e.g. by its African origin) and once I saw and arranged Principles of the subject into a Theme, the topic became “up close and personal”. Hence, I was able to see how it fit into the ‘big picture’ of the Cosmos as well as how it had relation to my personal ways of life. The more familiar I became with the story, the easier it was to make sense of it and enable my seeing all aspects of the Trigger Event, Cause, or person. So, thereafter I made all “A’s in the course. This proved to me Ancient Africans’ saying: the only way a Thing can be known is, as a Non-Self, becoming one with it. jabaileymd.com; JABLifeSkills; Theievoice.com
