On Tuesday, June 7, Riverside County’s main Public Library located at 3581 Mission Inn Avenue, hosted a grand opening of “MakerSpaces”. The program is designed to encourage creativity by making available a myriad of educational tools that can be used for art, science and technology projects. Some examples of the types of tools available include iMac computers, circuit building kits, a recording studio and a 3-D printer (donated by the Rotary Club). MakerSpace is being funded by the Riverside Public Library Foundation.
