REFLECTION/INTROSPECTION SPIRITUAL THINKING

by Dr. Joseph A. Bailey II, MD., FACS on 17th-May-2017

Very Ancient African Sages pioneered paths for getting to, inside, and extracting Principles inside Un-seeable Spiritual/Metaphysical Planes of Existence. Entering a Mystical state, via Meditation, to thereby “Feel” being interrelated with all Cosmic Organisms also gave them access to God.  A Mystical state, stemming from uniting with the Divine nature, is humans’ ultimate reality of things where their Ma’at thoughts begin. Mysticism is not about revelations or anything religious. Rather it appears by the dint (hard work) of Introspection—also called Reflection, and “Know Thyself” Inner Exploration. While next sliding into Contemplation, Ideal Analytic Introspection (i.e. self-observation, self-inventory, and self-assessment) occurs. Here, the mind has returned into itself to take on its own operations so as to: (I) deal with its own contents by the manner of the Box Concept–an assessment tool referring to the turning about of the mind’s contents in all directions in order to view matters for inspecting and assessing each side–the inside and outside details of every angle—inspecting the top and bottom and any wrappings–turning it in all directions–looking at it from underneath–seeing it from one view after another–holding it against the sky and imagining it in any material or even in glass–and think of all types of options based upon fashioning powerful meanings indirectly. In the process one “Sees” how every angle is connected to each side as well as “Sees” the advantages and disadvantages of each side and of each angle. (II) By now having completeunderstanding of the problem, one is able to see in the “big picture” a ClearAccurate (ensuring the truth or reality of what is observed), a Precise (the true measurement of its boundaries or a reasonable Estimate of its Primary Qualities), and True concept of the “What it is,” as it is, and its Essence/Essentials. From that Understanding, one extracts and Synthesizes Abstracts and Abstractions that pave ways to Insights like: seeing the common in the uncommon; the uncommon in the common; Inner Similarities in things with dissimilar appearances; discern uniqueness in similarities; and interrelationships between dissimilar and similar things. (III) Any of these Insights can generate new meanings and provide new perspectives for producing pertinent "Speculation Visions".

If applicable, one corrects flaws or makes alterations in whatever is serving as a barrier to wholesome progress so as to increase ones knowledge while sliding into Contemplation. The deeper one goes in it towards becoming “One” with the Cosmic Mind, the more intense is the clarity about what is going on in ones own inner or Unconscious world. During Contemplation (identifying as “One” with Universal Truths), the intense concentration required of Intellect Reasoning means it is part of a merging “Oneness” process with ones Pre-birth Emotions. Thus, by “Dematerializing” boundaries of the Ingredients, ones Intellect Reasoning unifies with ones Pure Emotions to “Feel” a generalized Spiritual interrelatedness of seemingly separate creatures and seeming opposites. These + discerning all good/bad points of possible Effects, Consequences, and Results of the Solution–enhance Predictions. (IV) To get as close to Certain Predictions within ones Speculative Visions as possible suggests ones Pre-Birth Emotions and pre-birth Pure Intellect are like Siamese twins. This means they are inseparably united at points where they balance each other in order to provide mutual benefits as well as where they serve as a “Check and Balance” on the other. Using that combination of forces, the situation’s pertinent Ingredients are maneuvered and manipulated so as to lay out Optional patterns for progressing to the destination.  (V) Next, in forming decision/solution Options, assess them for losses, lacks, or obstacles able to slow, stop, or reverse progress to the goal. Corrections, alterations, and/or substitutions while determining three best and most workable solutions from chosen Options.

(VI) use Foresight (“seeing” ahead and around corners) with Forethought" (“figuring out” and planning ahead) so as to do proper reasoning for pros/cons of unrealized significant situations. Create bad “what if” situations for that improves chances in taking calculated risks  after stepping into as yet unrealized possible problems. (VII) Plans A, B, and C are those most “Workable” with the people involved in the situation and that are least likely to cause problematic or unexpected consequences for “ME/WE” later.  Though this is a way to unite with the Cosmic Mind, it does not mean one has absorbed powers that enable God-like Spiritual Visions’. jabaileymd.com; JABLifeSkills; Theievoice.com
