At its best, “Interpret” (C14, explain the meaning) concerns: (1) giving “the literal sense” (most obvious meaning) etymology (true) of a word; (2) gets to the essence (what it was when it came into Being-hood) and its Essentials (literal–i.e. what the story actually tells)–whether about laws, principles, processes, relationships, or functions; (3) translates it by addressing the Seven Questions of Inquirywho, which, what, when, where, why, and how much; (4) reduces to inner meanings so as to be Symbol-like in their completeness and conciseness and Icon Images in their impact; (5) the more they are studied, the more wealth (things of worth, like insights, intuitions, as opposed to material things) they reveal on several layers of existence—i.e. their "secrets" unfold as one evolves inside the infinite depth of the Essence; and (6) they are publicly expressed Idiomatically (C16, ones own)—i.e. speech proper to a given people. Misinterpretations are incorrect understandings or violations of any one or more of these six. The Mis-interpreter group includes: lazy/non-rational thinkers, the Crowd, naïve, fools, stupid people, the ignorant, and intentional Deceivers—e.g. magicians, con-artists, the wicked. Some of their countless reasons consistentlyspeak around—not on–the bull’s eye or even off the archery pad. Such displays embrace: (a) Unclearness in hearing/reading the issue; (b) Fear of looking foolish in expressing ones opinions or conclusions; (c) Fear of hurting someone’s feelings; (d) Too emotional to progress out of reality; (e) Deceptive from inadequacy or of not wanting to appear too smart; and (f) trying to avoid telling someone bad news. It is no secret that almost all humans are inconsistent, unpredictable, and do non-rational things having nothing to do with the bull’s eye of the issue. 

Misinterpretations with the Naïve (“born yesterday”) are normal. This, Type I, is most clearly demonstrated by newly hatched baby birds who, in African Tradition’s definition of Faith, are in a state of Mental Openness to Trust. Hence, these newborn birds will just as eagerly accept small pebbles in their mouths, as they would bits of food. Similarly, this properly happens with human babies in bonding relationships with their mothers–implying infants’ lack of experience makes them spontaneous, fresh, and unspoiled. In that process, their developing “second nature” habit of being trusting is rewarded by having feelings of security, safety, and comfort. Thus, in a ripple effect surrounding their mothers, their innocence makes them quite willing to have faith and believe whomever they encounter. There are usually good experiences in putting trust in family members—the first ripple. But as the ripples spread outward, there is greater and greater chance of Abuse occurring among people in checkered positions on any given ripple. Type II are infants who maintain some sense of innocence which, alone, prevents them from being discriminating in their thinking skills. An example is the small child, upon becoming aware of the pet dog, applies the name of “big dog” to “a lion or bear”. Or, the Type III advanced small child, from being exposed to cows, may call a reindeer a “cow with horns.” 

Type IV, also in the same theme flow, ease into being “Gullible” (C14, gull, to swallow; to dupe—untried and untested). Their lack of experience or even exposure is a justifiable and obvious reason for having inexperienced optimism and a lack of awareness of the problems invariably associated. This is where today’s general education succeeds in arresting the public’s “Non-Rational” thinking skills—for purposes of complete Mind Control. Now, they are like being exposed to the tip of the iceberg of all there is to know about life-shaping and life-changing awareness. Besides the frustration from an inability to do sound thinking, many Supernaturals are taught to gather those frustrations + a sense of overwhelming self-inadequacies and project both onto Black People. By conforming to their  “military” Orders from “authorities” to think in inhumane ways, most merely hear and convey these words and actions automatically—and without a concept of the Indifference/Hate/Evil/Sadism (IHES) magnitude of the resultant Maafa on Black people. Despite daily use of this weapon on Black People, they have no concern for the terrible damage done by the entire IHES iceberg impact. The IHES Iceberg bases of all similar racists’ psychological icebergs are interconnected in a unified swing of blows.
