Last week, Frontier executives attended a meeting of the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors at the invitation of 1st District Supervisor Robert Lovingood to hear first-hand, the frustrations of local customers.
Customer frustrations were based on their experiences with the company since it assumed service responsibility from Fios and Verizon in April. Since April, the CPUC has received more than 1600 customer complaints statewide—many of those complaints originated in the inland region.
At the meeting, Cameron Christian, Frontier’s West Region Vice President of marketing explained, “The backlog [of complaints] that was significant in the first 75 days has largely cleared, and we’re now operating normally.” Christian encouraged customers to send any complaints via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The emails go to the company’s Regional President, Melinda White.
