The William (Bill) Howe Award recognizes a police officer and the Ray Lewis Award recognizes a community member for their commitment to the principles of police oversight and their efforts to promote police accountability work. This year’s Honorees are René Rodriguez for the  William (Bill) Howe Award for Police Accountability and Paulette Brown Hinds for the Ray Lewis Award for Police Accountability.
