A “Good Life,” said Ancient Africans, is being your Real Self and doing your “ME/WE” Divinely assigned plan. A “Bad Life” is a False Self, doing whatever it takes to get momentary relief from Spiritual Pain—a humans’ worst. All False Self people are inside the “Pathos” (‘suffering”) dimension, and with Antipathy (hostile to others). The “Mild” are looking for Empathy (i.e. having others appreciate their emotional pains) and Sympathy.  They cope by exhibiting AntipathyAversion (a “turning away” from those unlike them so as to make them Invisible). The “Slight” want pity for their Apathetic (indifference, insensitivity) “Pathetic” lives—coping by showing AntipathyAdversion (a face-to-face attacking opposition). The “Moderate’s” Pathology is in trying to believe and prove they are “Superior” by demonstrating Antipathy of repugnance for their feigned enemies. The “Extreme” are so “far out” in their Phantasmagoric mindsets (e.g. bogeyman) as to appear Sociopathic/Psychopathic (Satanist hostility) in order to dominate by Philosophical control of all world people’s minds. “Good Life” people do not have it easy. Yet, they Take Charge, Control, and Care for lives of the “ME/WE”. These are done by using ones Pre-Birth Emotions/Intellect to design Strategies(planning and directing of projects involving the most significant moment of Forces) and Tactics (the actual processes of moving or handling Forces). Both stay “Workable” within the flow of the Spiritual Elements of Unconditional Love, Truth, Reality, and the Natural. Taking Charge is having self-responsibility for ones own mind; of ones Private and Public Selfhood; and of ones Destiny. Taking Control is directing ones Destiny, Lifestyle, + providing for, and maintaining, ones Talent and Mission’s involvements.

 Destiny, for Ancient Africans, implied: (1) all God’s creatures started with God and would eventually complete the circle of Life Living by returning to God in the same purified state in which they were originally formed; (2) each human has the Free Will to determine how and when she/he will live in accordance with God’s Divine Plan–or not; and (3) playing out ones assigned and definite world role is associated with having a Spiritual Entourage for guidance + nourishing ones  Private Self “5Ss” birth gifts of Safety, Security, Self-Confidence, Strength, and Stability. The foundational tools for these, needing cultivation, are Self-Discipline and Self-Control. This ‘big picture’s’ “Good Life’s” course is Imaged by the “Bicycle Concept.” Bicycles go back to the 1818 “Hobby Horse”—consisting of a wooden backbone with two wheels–the rear wheel fixed and the front carried a pivoted fork. Similarly, every human’s life is orchestrated by a Philosophy of Life (POL)–representing her/his 2-wheels–a Static Background and a Dynamic Foreground for daily living interactions. Like African Tradition’s evolution, an advancement was the Pedestrian Curricles where-by Riders pushed along using a striding action in which each foot in turn gave a shove-off from the road surface. The pivoted front wheel enabled Riders to both maintain balance and change directions because of the ‘fixed’ nature of the back wheel. With the 1865 “Boneshaker” Bicycles, the front wheels, larger than the rear wheel, was driven by cranks. The wooden wheels, with iron tires and wire-spokes, appeared in the 1869 “Phantom” Bicycle. This technological innovation was like foreigners to Africa minimizing the importance of and eventually disregarding their Spiritual Elements POL + giving up ones “5Ss” so as to spotlight “Excitement.” Note the switch from Inner Personal “5Ss” Power to the uncertainties of living by outside ways. This is symbolized by the Excitement appeal to Pathos people by their willing acceptance of danger—as occurred by introducing Saddles and placing them as near the steering column as possible. Hence, sudden braking or meeting an obstacle would easily tip riders onto their heads. This is typical of Foolishness Pathos people play.

Such “Flip-Flop” in POL is an example of why believing and following what Pathos Crowds say and do is like being blindly led to walk off a cliff. To belong, one must be a slave to the Crowd masters. So, Real Self people have three major categories to deal with in life. First is handling all involved in daily living, including its urgencies, emergencies, and surprises. Second is being in charge/control of all involved with ones losses, lacks, and obstructions attendant with pursuing ones Mission in life. Third, shed, rise above, defend, protectagainst all Indifference/Hate/Evilness/Sadism shown by self-hating Pathos people who profoundly envy “Good Life Living” people.; JABLifeSkills;
