APPLYING TOOLS” FOR TAKING CHARGE/CONTROL (7)

by Dr. Joseph A. Bailey II, MD., FACS on 26th-November-2017

In running the race of life, struggling Black People’s hurdles have barbed wire wrapped around them. Yet, by learning their super-brilliant Ancient African Ancestors’ Philosophies, each barrier will be surmounted. Preparation to enable joining their Ancestors’ winning team at the finish line, starts with Focused Attention–the mental gathering point to begin achieving any difficult goal and thrive doing it. An Awareness of what ought to be done then flows into Intense Interest and on into sustained Concentration, as Contemplation—i.e. becoming “One” with all the Finish Line is about. “Oneness” with it is the only way that Thing can be known. As a boy, I learned Contemplation by putting totalFocused Attention on the cork of my fishing line so as to be able to pull the pole up suddenly in order to hook the fish at its first nibble. Contemplation led me into my own in-most boundless lights of Reality, connecting me with all Cosmic planes of existence. Mental training for prolonged Focused Attention is an act of Self-Discipline—i.e. having “Oneness” with that single Thing until the task is complete. Ancient Africans said: Nothing is better to learn to do what one does not naturally do than the hard instruction involved in focusing and concentrating on the difficult, the unattractive, or the boring. Resultant Insights provide ingredients and the discovery of new paths usable so as to be in charge and control of ones own life–in charge and control of everything of what one does–and in charge and control of big situations one is in. To Take Charge implies self-responsibility for ones own mind, Private Self, Public Self, and Destiny. To Take Control means fashioning ones own Thought patterns out of the Spiritual Elements—Unconditional Love, Truth, Reality, and the Natural. Mosaic pieces of each are fashioned into Thought Structures for doing what ought to be done and not doing what ought not be done—as well as exhibiting Self-Control (doing it only when needed).

Since the only thing one can control is what is under ones controlthe keystone for focus is within what one can control. The keystone focus for Black Americans is not on the cause of their keystone problem, all of which comes from Supernatural cults. They are Self-Unknown and, as lethal Bullies, must Win by the GUN; by their cult Network; by Scam and Sham. They make those most envied into feigned enemies so as to create conflicts for “Excitement” purposes + for their low Self-Esteem props. Putting enemies into various poverties is how they know who they are and know what they are to be about. For feigned enemies to stay down and remain in child-like dependency is the cult’s only source of power, for they lack all personal power to do any kind of Good. But those feigned enemies–seen as competitors, make cult members acutely aware of their own stigmatized Selves, spurring their minds into Phantasmagoric states. Their annihilation by Kill, Destroy, Sadism displays–like killing unarmed “enemies”–is supported by their dominant society. Since cults cannot be controlled and will always be hateful, they are to be completely left alone, but with adequate non-weapon defenses and protections. Thus, the keystone focus is on cultivating ones own Self-Greatness with fellow strugglers, in a “ME/WE” manner. To keep striving to cultivate all of the above mentioned into Human Ideals–as is appropriate for each individual, and with greatest efficiency/effectiveness–fashions ones “I can do it” Efficacy

“Afrocentrism” focuses on the countless Creations, Inventions, Discoveries which made Ancient Africans Humankind’s Mecca and for all world cultures drawn to it by common learning interest for higher Life Living Philosophical purposes. Examples are: Self-Knowledge, Self-Mastery; Kingship; Continuity of Being, Psychic/Medicine/Surgery Healing; Spirit World Guidance; Thinking Mathematically, and how to live without Sin. Afrocentrism’s Standard is to do the most good, for the most people, over the longest period of time. Those “ME/WE” patterns are then used to direct ones own lifestyle and destiny. Such is the source of Human Ideals and for certain ones to be selected as “Ought to do”. Such “Afrocentrism” imparts Self-Empowerment—i.e. nourishing of and contributing to ones Personal Power’s “5Ss” of mental Safety, Security, Sureness, Strength, and Stability—particularly in being in charge/control of ones life. This means it is ones Moral Obligation, Duty, and Responsibility to run ones life-course race and be on the winning team at the Finish Line. It does not matter what anyone else thinks, for ones reward and pride come from within. jabaileymd.com; JABLifeSkills; Theievoice.com
