In c60,000 BC Very Ancient African Sages began memorializing Primitive Africans’ continent-wide Spiritual Literature into the “Book of Coming Forth by Day” (Seleem, p 59, xiii). This, the oldest written text in the world, began Ancient African Scriptures/Bible for assisting those desiring to discover life’s deepest inner realities. Crystalized as “Man, Know Thyself,” such acquiring of Self-Knowledge naturally lead to the Archetype Seed of all Cosmic Knowledge. Then, one was to arrive at a purity of ones "Heart" ("the seat of the Soul") in order to have purified Thoughts and Feelings in dealing with life-shaping or life-changing decisions as well as to have clear Expressions, Actions, and Reactions in fashioning principles for "How Shall I Live?" Failure in any of these areas which constitute ordinary human life cause one to be lost in the wilderness of Ignorance and Suffering. The objective is to achieve ones Highest Self and thereby become connected to every loving force in the Cosmos. To reach the best involved with each of these Realities and make them a lifestyle, they began with Purifications—first within ones body by practices of strict physical discipline, sound exercises, and music; next within ones Soul by living according to African Tradition Virtues. To achieve purification in the outside world, Justice (Moral Rectitude) was administered to manifest as an appropriate balance in reconciling natural opposites or differences — and not compromising Good with Evil. Each time purification practices are done, said African Sages, one discovers the divine in the situation. There is no need to cling to anything nor to search records nor seek advice to justify if one is "right" because ones inner Spirit of God powers are in the "here and now". And that is what is consulted as the Truth! Clinging to desired proofs or faiths shuts out messages of Truth. The stronger, firmer, and lighter ones body, the closer one moves toward God.
The ultimate African Bible message says a Good lifestyle embracing Cosmic Wholism’s “ME/WE” aspects designs ones Destiny. Hence, by each human starting with God means she/he eventually completes the Cosmic Circle and returns to God in the same purified state in which she/he was originally formed. Just as Cosmic Mathematical Qualitative/Quantitative reasoning is possible because of the Order and consistent Patterns underlying natural events, "Knowing Thyself" can only be done when one discovers what is natural within oneself and what underlies what is natural about oneself — and therefore in the Cosmos. The Ancient African Bible elaborated on required Tools for this journey, including: (1) a philosophical Religion which delves into what all is needed to know about ultimate Truth. (2) Spirituality to discover how to shed what is blocking one from moving into higher realms in order to acquire the Knowledge for one to “KNOW” on ones own how to reach the Heaven Afterlife; and (3) Self-Cultivation of ones Pre-Birth Emotions and Pure Intellect for freedom purposes from mental confinement or of ones Lower Self bondage.
So as to reach a Higher Self realm of Selfhood Mastery, these focused on the true nature of Reality and the 42 Negative Confessions or Ma’at Declarations of purity (from which came the European Bible’s Ten Commandments). These were grouped into three basic ethical teachings: Truth, Non-violence, and Self-Control (Balance of Mind or Right Thinking Based on Reason, Non-stealing, and Sex Sublimation). Eventually, as a way to reach ones Higher Self, Spirituality practices dominated the concepts and practices of Religion throughout the African Continent. This corresponded with African Traditions’ conviction of there being no Messiah and no mediator (e.g. priests) to wash away ones spiritual ignorance–for that is the duty of each human being and every human has that capability.
Herukhuti’s Law says: "Know that God neither punishes nor rewards nor protects–that you will have the comfort of controlling these for yourself". Principles derived from c20,000 BC astro-Mathematical studies established foundations for putting Cosmic Entities in order. Inferences from these became Wisdom Principles. Their accumulation and placement in forms equating to the Ancient African Bible, they served as the people's source for planning, preparation, and performance in"How I Shall I Live" through the maze of life and their Afterlife. Great emphasis was placed on self-cultivating "the Heart". Amain art in African Tradition living is skills in accurately appraising Values. Those of Spiritual Worth and Value emphasize humanity, humaneness and morality; the desire to live in harmony with others; and focusing on designing a sound lovable Character.jabaileymd.com; JABLifeSkills; Theievoice.com
